Job Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments
Track customer orders and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Liaise with clients, warehouse teams, and forwarders to coordinate shipment movements
Perform picking and packing to support order processing and dispatch accuracy
Communicate shipment status updates and follow up with customers to ensure delivery expectations are met
Support inventory tracking through reports, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
Coordinate with internal and external logistics teams to streamline warehouse flow
Handle assigned operational tasks and support ad-hoc duties from supervisors
