Assist and support the talent acquisition team in all areas involving the recruitment and onboarding process
Create interesting job advertisements for vacant positions within the company for posting via various job portals
Plan interview and selection procedures including phone screenings and face-to-face interviews
Create and keep track of the organization's overall HR strategy, methods, tactics, and procedures.
