Working Location: Pandan Loop
Working Hours: 5days (Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm) + Saturday, Public Holidays when required
Salary Package: Up to $2,800 + OT + Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders for wet markets, supermarkets, and food service customers.
Handle customer enquiries and feedback in a professional manner.
Manage and service customer accounts.
Update prices and allocate stock in the ERP system.

Minimum O Level with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Detail-oriented and organised.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) is an advantage.
Able to work 44 hours a week plus overtime, including Saturdays and public holidays when required.’
