Job Responsibilities:
Handle scanning of inbound and outbound goods to ensure accurate record of product movements
Verify packed goods against orders and complete packing lists for outgoing shipments
Prepare delivery documentation such as packing lists, delivery orders, and shipping labels
Ensure all shipment-related documents are complete, accurate, and ready before dispatch
Coordinate closely with internal teams to support timely and smooth delivery schedules
Monitor and track daily shipment status to prevent delays or document discrepancies
Communicate with drivers and logistics partners to facilitate clear delivery instructions
Maintain organized records of all delivery and warehouse documents for audit and reference
