Job Responsibilities:
Expand sales channels: proactively seek and develop new sales channels and partners to increase the market coverage and sales volume of the company's products.
Sales execution and management: ensure that the products are successfully sold within the specified time, assist in formulating and implementing sales plans, and achieve performance goals.
Customer relationship maintenance: maintain good communication with customers, respond to customer needs in a timely manner, and establish long-term cooperative relationships.
After-sales follow-up: responsible for coordinating after-sales services, including customer feedback collection, problem handling and satisfaction return visits, to improve customer experience.
Market research and analysis: continue to pay attention to market trends, analyze competition, investigate current hot-selling products and market gaps, and promptly feedback relevant information to the procurement department.
Cross-departmental collaboration: work closely with sales, procurement, warehousing and other departments to ensure smooth information flow and goods circulation.
Possess good communication skills, interpersonal skills and customer service awareness;
Those with sales, marketing or customer management experience are preferred;
Those who are familiar with the market and have certain channel resources or product promotion experience are preferred;
Possess good data analysis skills and market sensitivity, and can complete market research independently;
Can adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have a team spirit.
