KGA is a leading provider of gymnastics programs in Singapore ranging from recreational kids at 3 years of age to high performance programs and elite performance athletes. We are currently hiring to support our continued growth.
Finance Functions:
- Assist in day-to-day financial operations including data entry, invoice processing, and payment preparation.
- Assist in monthly bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable reconciliation and reporting using accounting software (using Xero software).
- Maintain orderly financial documentation for audits and compliance.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors on billing and payment matters.
- Help implement and monitor payment schedules to ensure timely disbursements and liquidity control.
HR Functions:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee files, attendance, and leave records.
- Prepare HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmations, warning letters, and resignation notices.
- Support staff welfare and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and training arrangements.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures and assist in internal communications.
- Provide HR administrative support across all departments
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of working experience in a similar role preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HR and accounting systems (e.g., Xero, HRM platforms) is an advantage.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
