- Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events (e.g., charity galas, auctions, donation drives) and volunteer/donor appreciation events (e.g., recognition luncheons, thank-you events).

2. Roadshows & Outreach Activities/Projects
- Plan and execute roadshows, exhibitions, and other outreach activities to raise awareness and engage the community.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue management, materials, and event promotions for outreach campaigns.
- Engage with target audiences—such as the general public, community organisations, and corporate groups—to encourage participation in fundraising and volunteer opportunities.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts and use data to optimise future projects.
3. Volunteer Management & CSR Coordination
- Recruit, onboard, and manage volunteers for fundraising events, appreciation activities, and CSR initiatives.
- Coordinate volunteer roles, scheduling, and communications to ensure volunteers are engaged and prepared for their activities, whether for fundraising or CSR projects.
- Plan CSR activities that align with both organisational goals and community needs
- Track volunteer participation and CSR activity outcomes, ensuring both the organisation and the community we serve benefit from the engagement.
- Foster strong relationships with volunteers and corporate partners, recognising their contributions and ensuring positive experiences.
- Maintain and update a volunteer database, monitor volunteer hours, and gather feedback for ongoing improvement.
4. Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide administrative support for all events and volunteer activities, including procurement, data management, reporting, and document management.
- Assist in generating post-event reports, donation tracking, volunteer feedback, and other related documentation.
- Maintain inventories of event supplies, volunteer materials, and other logistical resources.
- Provide general support with ad-hoc administrative tasks related to event planning, volunteer management, and outreach initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer (RO) to support departmental or organisational needs.
