- Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities within new and existing accounts.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new market opportunities.
- Share market insights to help refine offerings and strategies.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Generate regular performance and pipeline reports for internal stakeholders.
- Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Relevant experience in outbound sales, business development, and managing sales pipeline.
- Proven ability to conduct cold calls, generate leads, and close deals
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of cloud solutions, emerging technologies, and Generative AI is a strong plus.
