[What the role is]
As part of the Global Workforce Division, you will be part of a HR operations team to support the end-to-end recruitment processes, systems, payroll and events for our HQ and Overseas HR operations. You will also work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the smooth coordination and execution of these activities. With an inquiring mind, you do not take things for granted but are analytical to question and norm and take responsibility in recommending improvements to existing work processes and practices.
[What you will be working on]
  • Partner with HR Business Partners in providing HR operations support to line divisions both locally and abroad
  • Facilitate global payroll operations and gain familiarity with global legislations and laws
  • Own and review HR processes regularly to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency, and communicate these changes for successful implementation
[What we are looking for]
  • Strong team player and are proficient in MS Office. Some experience with the usage of HRIS platforms such as Workday would be preferable
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful and a self-starter, to be able to proactively anticipate and solution for issues
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to follow through all work assignments independently
  • Take pride in your work and are willing to learn to experiment new approaches and methods of doing things
  • Well-organised with good management skills
