A main board public-listed company is looking for a Senior Accounts Executive.

What you will be responsible for

1. Perform full set of accounts for listed and investment holding companies, including audit schedules and reporting packages

2. Prepare and process payments

3. Handle intercompany billings, transactions and reconciliations

4. Prepare annual financial statements and submit XBRLs

5. Prepare quarterly filings of GST

6. Prepare corporate tax and withholding tax matters, and liaise with tax agents for tax filings

7. Monitor cashflows, maintain daily cashflows records, prepare weekly cash reports, and liaise with banks on fixed deposit placements and other banking matters.

8. Liaise with external auditors during the annual audit and address their queries and requirements

9. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

What you possess

1. Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Business or Finance

2. At least 3 years of working experience in operational accounting, including handling a full set of accounts

3. Proficiency in computers and knowledge of GLOBE3, an Enterprise Resource Planning software, will be an added advantage.

4. Conversant with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word

5. Effective time management and the ability to work independently

6. Positive attitude and adaptability to change

7. Commitment to working efficiently, both independently and as part of a team

8. High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
