About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, administrative operations, and external communications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes, including staff onboarding, payroll processing, CPF updates, overtime calculations, staff insurance, uniform distribution, and vehicle road tax renewals.
  • Track employee attendance and monitor clock-ins/outs using Adaptive Pay.
  • Prepare accurate AR (Accounts Receivable) & AP (Accounts Payable) reports, Profit & Loss statements, and liaise with external stakeholders such as vendors and auditors.
  • Handle invoicing, generate quotations, manage contracts, and oversee day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence to support branding and outreach efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, CPF, and employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Adaptive Pay or similar HR tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
