The position reports to Head of Legal, Ferrero Asia Pacific and is bringing onboard strong legal expertise and strategy, together with sound judgment and proactive thinking.Main Responsibilities:Lead all legal activities for Korea and Japan, including food law supportProvide food law support for Indonesia and ThailandPartner with marketing, commercial, and cross-functional teams, offer practical solutions and translate legal risks into actionable guidanceAdvise on marketing activities including marketing campaigns, consumer promotions, KOL marketing, advertisements, and marketing assetsAdvise on contracts including distributor and retailer contracts, service agreements, and NDAsProvide support on food law matters including food labelling and food claimsProvide legal guidance on trademark, IP infringement, regulatory and consumer law issuesOversee compliance matters including anti-bribery, anti-trust, and data privacyMonitor regulatory developments and assess the business impactManage corporate governance matters including POA, shareholder meetings, and BoD meetingsProvide legal updates and risk assessments to local and central stakeholders, manage legal trainingsParticipate in global and regional legal projects as neededManage dispute resolution, consumers’ complaints and government challenges as neededCollaborate with global and regional legal teams on projects and initiativesWork with external advisor and manage relationshipsWho we are looking for:University degree in LawStrong professional background, experience in working in the law firm and in-house is preferredExperience in or with FMCG multinational companies and food industry preferredProven ability to work across markets of APAC, and manage a diverse legal portfolioStrong sense of accountability, commitment to deadlines, and attention to detailProactivity, reliability, sound judgement and openness to new ideas and perspectivesAbility to manage complexity while keeping a focus and managing prioritiesTeam-orientation, ability to work cross-functionally and eagerness to learn from othersStrong communication skills and stakeholder management abilityAdvanced MS Office skillsFluency on English, written and spoken; other relevant language skills (e.g., Korean, Japanese, Thai, Bahasa) are preferredHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
