Personal Assistant
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support COO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence and performing various tasks to ensure smooth operation of daily activities.
Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to:
1. Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings
2. Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, document signing
3. Meetings: Organise, participate in regular meetings; compile and prepare necessary reports/presentation
4. Travels: Booking flights, transportation, and accommodation (including staff)
5. Conferences and Events: Maintain conferences listing and coordinate events
6. Managing Apartment: Main contact and to monitor occupancy for overseas colleagues
7. Personal tasks: Assist with personal errands and household management tasks
8. Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
· Degree in any field
· 2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
· Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Flexibility and adaptability
· Tact and diplomacy
· Resourceful, self-initiative and independent
· Ability to multitask
