You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on the floor, ensuring guest satisfaction, and working closely with both the kitchen and service teams to deliver a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations during service hours
- Lead, train, and mentor service staff to maintain high standards of customer service
- Manage guest relations and handle feedback professionally
- Ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Maintain hygiene and safety protocols in line with company policies
- Assist in inventory checks and stock control
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or F&B setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations
- A hands-on team player with attention to detail
