Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for administrative duties in relation to APAC HSSE system containing Incident management, hazard management, risk management, audit management and inspection management
- Work closely with various SATS Group regional HSSE teams entities to develop a HSSE culture and continuously improve on HSSE performance and to reduce incidences and its associated cost
- Support HSSE Regional Assurance programme
- Track and communicate on HSSE performance metrics and objectives
- Support the department in the implementation, oversight and Review of Regional HSSE Programme
- Support HSSE Promotion efforts including Regional HSSE Rewards Scheme
Key Requirements
- Degree or Diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience including Aviation Safety, Aviation Security and Workplace Safety
- Knowledge of local and international regulations relating to Aviation Safety/OSH and familiar with ISO 45001 management system, ISAGO will be advantageous
- Proficient in MS office with experience in managing enterprise-wide management system platform which includes data analytics and digital dashboards to drive decision making
- Highly motivated and focused individual who is a team player and outcome orientated
- Able to multitask and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment across multiple business verticals
- Able to engage and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders across and outside the organisation which includes authorities, senior management, ground staff and board members
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation), interpersonal skills, planning and organizing skills
- Familiar with Internal Audits and experience and qualifications as Internal auditor will be advantageous
