Customer service coordinator - (Logistics MNC)
Location - Toh Guan Road - west region
Highlights:
- Basic + AWS + VB
- Monday - Friday (9~530pm)
- Alternate Saturday (9~1pm)
Job Purpose
Responsible for managing and processing the day-to-day incoming/ outgoing data from customers. This includes overseeing the receiving, storage and distribution of products and monitoring the accuracy of inventory records. To ensure that all processes are completed in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintaining good relationships with external stakeholders – Customers, freight forwarders, carriers and subcontractors as well as internal stakeholders – Operations Team, Finance, etc. to achieve a seamless import and export arrangement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support via phone and email.
- Prepare shipping documents and import / export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place and invoicing of order once shipments had been closed.
- Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
- Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
- Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure accuracy of all inventories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Perform of general housekeeping within the workplace
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- prefer experienced in logistics industry
- At least 1 year of experience in CS service
