Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and execute office interior and/or event & exhibition projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing creative, space-driven projects, possesses excellent client-handling skills, and has a proven ability to drive business growth through project-based sales. Must be able to travel and drive independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management from brief to execution for office interior and event/exhibition projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and actively contribute to sales targets.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and oversee on-site execution to ensure standards are met.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and project documentation.
  • Provide creative input and practical solutions throughout project development.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within office interiors, exhibitions, events, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and contributing to sales revenue.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with design & construction processes, materials, and vendors in the industry.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,550.47 - $10,633.55 per month
