Business Information Analyst
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Business Information Analyst to support in the building of internal systems, optimising operational efficiency, improving knowledge management, and contributing to business growth initiatives. This role will support cross-functional projects from launching our e-commerce platform to mapping workflows and streamlining business processes through automation and documentation. Experience with software development, and implementation is a significant advantage.
This role is ideal for individuals who are analytical, organised, and passionate about using both business and technical skills to solve real-world problems and drive operational excellence.
Roles / Responsibilities:
- Support in translating complex business processes into clear, actionable requirements (e.g., through diagrammatic analysis and mapping to visualise systems and communication paths).
- Support in the rollout of new business processes, or optimisation of existing processes.
- Apply programming skills to create collaborative tools, automate internal workflows, and generate databases & reports.
- Support business analytics and campaign tracking with basic data processing or spreadsheet formulas.
- Assist in e-marketing campaigns, including contact list management and analysis of customer segments.
- Assist in process planning for company image management, including the organisation of social media activities.
- Support project planning for e-commerce platform, including configuration, content testing, and site preparation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Experience with e-commerce platform development (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, Python, PHP, or SQL).
- Proficient in project management.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- A keen collaborator, with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
