2. Oversee the proper handling, feeding, and health monitoring of pets, ensuring a clean and safe environment that complies with animal welfare regulations.
3. Provide expert guidance to customers on pet selection, care, and nutrition while handling inquiries, purchases, and after-sales support.
4. Arrange and oversee the safe and ethical transportation of pets to customers, ensuring compliance with legal and welfare standards.
5. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements.
6. Process transactions accurately, manage daily sales records, and assist with financial reporting to support smooth business operations.
