The Events Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales for all brands of the L’Angelus Group (Tapas 24, Les Bouchons and L’Angelus) by securing and managing corporate, private, and social events.

This role involves building relationships with potential clients, understanding their event needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with their expectations and budgets. The Events Sales Manager works closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure the successful execution of events while meeting revenue goals and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive event sales for food and beverage services.

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals for events.

Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and private individuals to generate leads and convert them into bookings.

Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the venue’s F&B offerings and increase brand awareness.

2. Client Consultation & Proposal Creation:

Meet with prospective clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and budget.

Provide tailored F&B solutions that align with client needs, offering creative menu options and packages.

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations that highlight the venue’s F&B capabilities and event offerings.

Customize and negotiate event contracts, ensuring the best terms for both the client and the venue.

3. Event Coordination & Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams (e.g., catering, kitchen, operations) to ensure that all F&B details are aligned with the client’s vision.

Coordinate logistics and event details such as menu tastings, timelines, setup requirements, and service expectations.

Oversee event execution, ensuring that food and beverage services meet or exceed client expectations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients leading up to and during the event.

4. Relationship Management & Retention:

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process and event execution to foster long-term relationships.

Ensure post-event follow-up to gather feedback, address any concerns, and solidify future business opportunities.

Maintain a database of client contacts and consistently stay in touch to encourage repeat business and referrals.

5. Market Analysis & Competitor Research:

Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences in the F&B events industry.

Propose new packages, promotions, and marketing ideas to keep the venue competitive and appealing to clients.

6. Marketing:

Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and social media content to attract new clients and promote F&B event offerings.

Assist in executing marketing strategies for seasonal or special events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in event sales, food and beverage sales, or event planning.

Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build relationships and network effectively with clients and vendors.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Knowledge of F&B industry trends, menu development, and event operations.

Proficiency in sales and event management software, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar tools.

Preferred:

Previous experience in a luxury hotel, venue, or restaurant environment.

Event planning or catering certifications.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Working Conditions:

Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends based on client needs and event schedules.

May require some travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple events simultaneously.
