  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job summary:
  • Looking for candidates available to work:

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: $1,500 - $2,200 per month

  • Operate stamping machinery, including mechanical presses, hydraulic presses, and die setup equipment, to produce stamped components as per production requirements.

  • Set up stamping equipment by installing dies, adjusting settings, and calibrating machinery to achieve optimal performance and quality.

  • Monitor machine operation during production runs, making adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency and meet quality standards.

  • Conduct regular inspections of stamped parts to ensure compliance with specifications and identify any defects or abnormalities.

  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and mechanical issues, performing minor repairs or escalating complex issues to senior technicians or maintenance staff.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance procedures to ensure the ongoing reliability and performance of stamping equipment.

  • Follow safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.

  • Maintain accurate production records, including production output, downtime, and quality inspection results.

  • Collaborate with other team members, including machine operators, quality inspectors, and maintenance staff, to optimize production processes and resolve production issues.

  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of stamping processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
