  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time Clinic Assistant role at Desmond Wai Liver Gastrointestinal Diseases Centre, based on-site in Singapore. The Clinic Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day receptionist duties, providing customer service, and assisting with patient care. This role will involve managing appointments, handling medical records, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

  • Comfortable with computers & Microsoft office

  • Experience with Receptionist Duties including scheduling and managing appointments

  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology and experience in Patient Care

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus

  • Relevant certifications or training in healthcare administration would be beneficial
