- Expected salary: $2,500 - $3,000 per month
Working Hours
9.00AM to 6.00PM
Job Scope
Assist Customer Service Executive on daily operation.
Handles Office Administration, coordination and office support activities.
Scheduling of work for customer and service crew.
Liaising with customer, contractors and service crew for work arrangement.
Generating of quotation to customer.
Preparation of contract for existing and new customer.
Managing of warehouse and parts.
Requirement
Diploma or ITE with minimum 1 year experience.
Possess good communication skill and willingness to learn.
Candidate with ISO9001 knowledge will have added advantage.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) will have added advantage.
Basic knowledge in FACT ERP will have added advantage.
Able to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Entry-level candidates with positive learning attitude will also be considered.
