Join our team as a Events Project Manager to manage large-scale event projects for the government and clients in Singapore. You will be responsible for:
Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and government stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Overseeing event logistics, scheduling, and setup, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed.
Tracking event progress, identifying risks, and providing regular updates to senior management.
Collecting post-event feedback to evaluate the event’s success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 year of experience in event planning or project management, preferably in government or large-scale corporate settings.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
