  • Work in NPM Goods Receipt & Dispatch Office
  • Receiving deliveries from external parties
  • Recording and updating of Goods Receipt in SAP
  • Contacting Recipients for parcel collection
  • Facilitating the collection of export deliveries by external parties
Logistics Service Provider(LSP) management
  • Organize incoming pre-alerts
  • Timely delivery co-ordination from port to warehouse
  • Invoice E-sign verification
  • Arrange and monitor inbound shipments
  • Application of import permit with freight forwarder
Communication
  • Pre-alert on shipment arrivals
  • Interaction with internal/external parties relating to Goods receiving and issuing
Warehouse Management (WM)
  • Co-ordination on incoming shipments & replenishment of shipping supplies
  • Co-ordinate Value Added Services(VAS)activities with Third party warehouse
  • Transfer of completed VAS materials in SAP
  • Handle claims with Suppliers
  • SAP Inventory check on Cycle count/Third party warehouse enquiry
  • Create packing list for export shipment from Warehouse
  • Raise CEOs for VAS consumables purchase
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Logistics & Inventory Management related areas
  • Ability to take initiatives and work under minimal supervision
  • proficient in Microsoft office
  • possess good interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • working knowledge of English
  • working experience in SAP MM module is advantageous
