Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with service inquiries, bookings, and quotations.
- Perform billing and payment tasks via system-based workflow.
- Promote and sell service packages to customers; earn commissions for each successful sale.
- Performance data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate service schedules and ensure smooth workflow.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer assistance skills.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel).
- Prior experience in automotive or administrative roles is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Work Time Profile:
Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00)
Saturday (09:00 - 15:00)
