Captain Driver

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Captain Driver to provide safe, comfortable, and punctual transportation services for our company’s management and clients. You will be driving a premium MPV (e.g., Toyota Alphard or similar), ensuring high standards of service and presentation at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Chauffeur Duties

  • Drive company executives, staff, and clients to appointments, meetings, and events across Singapore
  • Provide courteous and professional door-to-door service with a focus on comfort and safety
  • Ensure punctuality and optimal route planning based on traffic conditions

2. Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentability of the vehicle (interior and exterior) at all times
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is in good running condition
  • Monitor servicing schedules, road tax, inspection, insurance, and other regulatory requirements

3. Client Service Excellence

  • Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and any personal needs during the ride
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality, especially when transporting management and VIP clients

4. Administrative & Reporting Duties

  • Maintain accurate trip records and mileage logs when required
  • Inform management of any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues promptly
  • Coordinate with the office for daily transport schedules and standby requirements

Job Requirements:

  • JOB MOSTLY IN SINGAPORE
  • Able to speak and understand well in English.
  • Proven experience as a personal or company driver, preferably driving MPVs or luxury vehicles
  • Possess a valid MALAYSIA/Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record
  • Familiar with Singapore roads, traffic conditions, and alternative routes
  • Physically fit, well-groomed, and professional in conduct
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays if required
  • Non-smoker preferred (due to in-vehicle hygiene)
