Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle sales documentation, customer inquiries/complaints, and support sales & service team by preparing quotations and follow up on the status with customers to close sales.
- Coordinate within external and internal stake holder.
- Assist in order processing, tracking deliveries, and ensuring compliance.
- Expediting requests to rush orders and altering shipping information as required.
- Provide product information, address customer concerns, and support post-sales services, include monitoring warranty and service contract expiry dates of the equipment and follow up on renewal quotation for PM/CAL/Service contracts.
- Updating the standard price list for equipment and services.
- Maintaining sales records and inventory.
- Generating sales leads.
- Assisting with sales forecasting.
- Scheduling customer meetings and conferences.
- Willing to meet customers.
- Perform any other ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales support, and customer service, preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
