Join our passionate and dedicated team committed to providing high-quality care and nurturing support to infants. As a specialist infant care provider registered with ECDA, we are looking for certified Infant Educarers who are enthusiastic, caring, and professional to grow with us.
Position Types:
- Full-Time
- Part-Time (AM Shift or PM Shift)

Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) recognised by ECDA
- Genuine love and passion for working with infants (2 months to 18 months)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, patient, and able to work collaboratively in a team
- ECDA certification to practice as an Infant Educarer is mandatory
Job Scope and Responsibilities:
1. Infant Care & Development
- Provide routine caregiving duties including feeding, bathing, diapering, and ensuring the well-being of infants
- Create a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment for infants
- Monitor and record infants' development, routines, and milestones
- Establish warm, trusting relationships with infants to support emotional development
2. Curriculum & Learning Activities
- Support the planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate activities to stimulate infants’ sensory, motor, language, and cognitive growth
- Observe and document learning outcomes and progress in accordance with curriculum frameworks
3. Communication & Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to maintain high standards of care and education
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on infants’ routines and progress
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions as required
4. Safety & Hygiene
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene procedures are followed strictly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of infant care areas and equipment
- Respond appropriately in case of emergencies or medical situations
