Job Summary:
We are looking for a logistics and technical support specialist. The role involves 80% logistics work, including packing goods for overseas investigation, collecting faulty items from approved workshops, and performing inventory checks. The remaining 20% focuses on log extraction and product preparation for hardware investigations, following SOPs, and supporting investigation tasks.

Key Duties:
Logistics Work (80%)
-Packing work in case further investigation at overseas company is needed
-Faulty goods collecting from Automobile Association approved workshops and care centers
-Periodical inventory follow-up of collected faulty goods
Log Extraction & Preparation Work for Investigation (20%)
-Log extraction from electronics products according to SOP
-Preparation work on electronics products for hardware investigation (Access inside by jig and laptop PC) according to SOP
-Support investigation work

Key Requirement:
-Min. Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or years of equivalent technical knowledge
-Self-motivated and independent
-Class 3 driving license with 2 years driving experience
