- Support RM in providing admin service to clients esp. of high visibility or complex requirements
- Assist in providing updated market information to clients
- Handle clients' requests and instructions directly, including trade processing and inquiries on operational issues
- May provide marketing support for RM, perform limited business prospecting activities, including client/prospect communication and seminar activities

- Escalate client and risk issues to Team Head, BM or other members of FO mgmt. team where necessary
- Preparation of RM’s business trip and client meetings
- Assist in other ad‐hoc projects and client related matters
- Pre-agreed key deliverables of process change/improvement projects
- Deputizing other ARMs on ad-hoc basis
- Continuously upgrade of relevant skills and completion of CACS requirements on CPD hours
- Administrative support and other duties as assigned by higher management
- Effective management of KRIs
- Degree or equivalent is required
- The role would typically require 5 years of Assistant Relationship Manager experience in Private Bank
- This role requires speaking to clients from North Asia, proficiency in Mandarin is essential
- CACS Paper 1 and 2
- Excellent communication and client servicing skills
- Team Player
