Maintain new and current orders from customers.
Acknowledge PO from customer portal and email.
Execute PO internally & communicate the delivery commitments with customer.
Manage the day to day operation.
Generate invoices / Delivery orders using SAP system.
Coordinate and work closely with internal teams and logistics. for daily operation.
Attend to customer enquiry / Sales Order / Feedback.
Monthly filling for Sales order / PO.
Handle general administration duties.

Must possess a positive attitude.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word).
Meticulous and the ability to prioritize given tasks.
Immediate starters preferred.
