Job Details:


Supervise drivers and delivery assistants, addressing safety or disciplinary issues with the Operation Manager.


Plan and assign daily job schedules, ensuring timely communication and job completion.


Coordinate with customers on job-related issues and proactively seek time extensions for export collections when needed.


Report cargo damage, traffic accidents, and discrepancies; submit incident or CAPA reports when requested.


Monitor and manage vehicle and equipment usage, including scheduling servicing and inspections.


Oversee all import/export delivery and collection operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
