  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

Basic Salary: up to $2500
Working hours: 1st Shift 0700 to 1530 ; 2nd Shift 1500 to 2330 ; 3rd Shift 2300 to 0730
Location: Woodlands

Job Description:

Perform setup and operate CNC Grinding, Polishing, Centering and Touchup process
Perform lacquering, cementing, de-cementing and cleaning of optics
Perform Tool Dressing and Turning of Grinding Cutter
Perform grinding and polishing machine loading and unloading
Perform 2D / 3D measurements (e.g., PGI Optics, Luposcan etc.)
Perform surface quality inspection
Perform basic process troubleshooting
Maintain tooling, metrology equipment, and machinery in optimum condition
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance
Perform duties within cleanliness standards of workplace (6S)
Maintain safety guidelines of workplace
Comply with company regulations

Requirements:

Certificate in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing or other related engineering discipline.
Previous CNC experience preferred
Basic communication skills in written and oral English
Familiar with Excel and data collection
Highly self-motivated
Work independently with minimum supervision
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
