  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working hours: 1st Shift 0700 to 1530 ; 2nd Shift 1500 to 2330 ; 3rd Shift 2300 to 0730

Job Description:

To understand how to reach Acceptance Test Plan (ATP)
Demonstrate understanding of coating material
Demonstrate understanding of machine operation
Operate vacuum chambers to deposit think film AR coatings as described in run sheet design
Demonstrate ability to properly use metrology equipment (spectrometer) to gather data on witness pieces
Perform maintenance on vacuum system as described in WI
Operate Intec/LP machine and long layer BS coating
Perform preventative maintenance for weekly scheduled jobs
Capable of operating 2 machines simultaneously
Achieve daily and monthly production output goals
Record machine runs, test runs, downtime, and other
Properly use, maintain, and control measuring equipment

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 10kg
Close-range vision for detailed work
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Comfort working in a factory environment with minimal exposure to chemicals
