Systems Monitoring & Incident Management
Monitor and identify incidents in hardware and software components across the organization.
Perform troubleshooting and incident response on systems under management.
Analyse problems and resolve or escalate as required to maintain service levels.

User Support & Operations

Procure, configure, and deploy workstations, network printers, and other devices in accordance with specifications.
Install and maintain hardware, peripherals, and software to support operational readiness.
Project & Vendor Management
Coordinate with vendors and manage IT components of F&B outlet openings, renovations, and closures.
Support IT-related project activities to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical and systems documentation.
Prepare system health check and network performance reports for software and hardware teams.
Document IT policies, processes, and procedures for internal reference and audit purposes.
Performance & Capacity Management
Monitor performance and capacity of computer systems to ensure stable and efficient operations.
Suggest process and control improvements to enhance system performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
