  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope:


Process Goods Receipt and Issue in SAP on time, following project KPIs.


Ensure stock accuracy by strictly following GR/GI procedures and completing each transaction properly.


Organize and maintain operational documents neatly for easy reference, audits, or checks.


Support the Executive in handling daily operational issues with the operations team and customers.


Compile and submit monthly billing data to Finance before month-end closing.


Prepare operational reports for the Executive (e.g., KPI reports, space usage reports).


Carry out other tasks as assigned by the company.
