  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are hiring under Recruit Express Services headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location:
Tractor Road (Boon Lay Area)

Salary:
$3200 to $4800

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday

8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Description:

Create, maintain and execute the preventative maintenance schedule, ensuring that necessary repairs are noted and completed, including off season facility improvements, and outside services and contractors.

Monitor the purchase and maintenance of an inventory of all supplies, equipment and services

Direct, administer and monitor all work assignments, equipment, inventory supplies.

Direct work assignments of contractors hired for facility projects and monitor the completion of all assignments as per the contract documents.

Facility Management – Cleaning services and maintenance contractor

Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to facility operations, maintenance costs, and

equipment performance

Experience in facility management or equivalent.

Other ad hoc duties assigned
