Sales Consultant – Luxury Timepieces (Changi Airport)

Location: Changi Airport (T3 & T4)
Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,000 (commensurate with experience) + Individual Commission + Variable Bonus
Working Hours: 44 hours per week with 11 off days per month
Transportation: Provided for early morning and late-night shifts

Job Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to provide tailored product recommendations and insights.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented, organized, and welcoming.
Manage inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment processes.
Handle administrative duties, including generating sales and traffic reports.
Process transactions accurately and manage after-sales services in line with company protocols.

Qualifications & Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail industry.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a high-end retail environment.
Genuine interest in luxury timepieces and a commitment to staying informed about industry trends and product knowledge.
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Comfortable with rotating shifts aligned with airport operating hours.
