The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our service and customer care division. In this role, you’ll manage workshop operations, parts supply, and customer service excellence, ensuring every rider receives the premium Motorcycle experience – even after the purchase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee aftersales operations including workshop, parts, and customer service.
  • Ensure exceptional service quality and turnaround times.
  • Manage a team of technicians and service advisors.
  • Monitor KPIs: CSI, repeat repairs, revenue targets.
  • Liaise with Manufacture HQ on warranty and technical updates.
  • Develop aftersales campaigns and retention strategies.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive or motorcycle aftersales.
  • Leadership experience in service/technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of parts logistics and workshop operations.
  • Passion for motorcycles and premium service culture.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
