  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for Logistics Officers with railway project experience to manage material availability for missing parts and ensure the timely delivery of critical components. He/She will also communicate with various teams and engage with Suppliers.

Responsibilities:

· Manage daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service

· Meet the demands of the fulfilment center and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.

· Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery (MHE) regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed with suppliers

· Meet regularly with ILS; Material Planning; Project to review, analyse, and develop actionable plans for inventory optimization

· Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with client SMRT on order fulfilment

· Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met

· Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

Qualifications/Skills Required:

· Diploma/Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management / Logistic Management

· Minimum 5 years of proven Freight forwarding experience

· Minimum 5 years of proven Order Desk Management experience

· Minimum 5 years Rail Experience preferred

· Forklift license

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Min knowledge on SAP IM Module

· Comfortable to working at Tuas West Depot/Kim Chuan Depot

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $4,500.00 - $9,000.00 per month
