What does this role look like for you?

The successful candidate for this role will craft, grow and scale these brands in the South-East Asia region with a market-led approach starting with SP (primarily Singapore & Malaysia) as the key point of contact and leading the vision for the portfolio of brands assigned. You will bring together brand strategy, customer needs and consumer insights to build a robust plan in line with brand image and standards. This role will be supported by the SP & SEA Marketing Director as well as in-market marketing, commercial and customer marketing teams.

Role Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Be responsible for the annual brand plans for Singleton and Ron Zacapa across Southeast Asia.

  • Building plans in coordination with the Global Brand Teams of Singleton & Zacapa

  • Localize global toolkits and develop market-specific campaigns aligned with global brand equity.

  • Lead strategic planning with SP— crafting scalable programs to be adapted regionally across the 4 other BUs

Innovation & Portfolio Management

  • Identify growth opportunities through innovation, format expansion, and channel-specific strategies.

  • Develop consumer journey frameworks tailored to premium whisky and rum categories.

Integrated Marketing & Activation

  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market campaigns, including media, digital, PR, experiential, and trade marketing.

  • Partner with commercial and customer marketing teams to drive brand visibility and conversion in priority channels (on-trade, off-trade, e-commerce).

  • Bring to life immersive storytelling through luxury and lifestyle-led brand experiences.

Performance Management

  • Track and report critical metrics — brand health, share performance, return on investment, and campaign efficiency.

  • Optimize media mix and channel strategies through ongoing measurement and learning

  • SP BU Brand P&L delivery & collaborating with local market teams (4 SEA BUs) to land targets aligned

Agency & Stakeholder Management

  • Handle and lead creative, media, digital, and PR agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns on time and within budget.

  • Influence and inspire internal partners and global brand teams to champion SEA growth.

Role Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • 10 years+ brand marketing experience, with a strong background in premium/luxury/lifestyle categories & building brands with a culture-first approach

  • Prior experience and track record having worked in sophisticated business units that requires one to “Lead through influence” – collaborating across a wide network of internal and external partners, ensuring alignment of commercial and brand strategies across markets and business units

  • Strategic thinker & strong story-telling ability to complete and implement.

  • Prior experience leading end-to-end marketing plans in Southeast Asia

  • Validated expertise in consumer-centric marketing, campaign development & cross-channel execution

  • Commercial acumen, proficiency & experience partnering with sales and customer marketing teams

  • High levels of resilience & strong ability to deal with ambiguity

  • Hands-on, autonomous, creative, result oriented individual

  • Strong project management skills
