About the Role:
Conduct market research activities and manage data collection (via internet, phone interviews, site inspections, proprietary sources/database, articles, news) on assigned destinations.
Assist in the preparation of pitch decks.
Update templates for the department as and when required.
Undertake ad-hoc projects or additional tasks that may be required by the department.
General administration duties relevant to the department.
About You:
IT literate and internet savvy.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
Previous experience in a similar cold calling, telesales, field work or market survey role is advantageous.
Good organization and planning skill to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Interest in real estate preferred.
