- Plan and assist in the daily production of pastry products
- To create, innovate and develop new pastry menus when necessary
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients and place orders, as needed
- Assist in handling the daily stock recording, temperature recording and receiving of the raw ingredients, etc.
- To work closely with other team members in order to achieve the highest possible standard of the products
- To ensure food handling, hygiene standards, maintenance of equipment and work safety guidelines are adhered to at all time
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work station, equipment at all times
