Procurement (Primary):

  • Source suppliers, negotiate pricing, and place orders for goods and services.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-efficiency.
  • Track procurement budgets, analyze pricing trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Keep accurate records of orders, contracts, and invoices.

HR Support (Secondary):

  • Assist with posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Answer basic employee questions about HR policies and procedures.
  • Support team event coordination, training sessions, and occasional payroll tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices is beneficial.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
