Job Summary:
We’re looking for a results-oriented leader to drive store sales, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role involves setting sales targets, analyzing performance, ensuring service excellence, and managing daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and customer orders. The ideal candidate will foster team growth, promote innovation, and ensure smooth, efficient store operations.
Key Duties:
-Achieve sales targets and drive team performance
-Set and track BA targets; analyze sales reports
-Implement sales strategies and ensure accurate reporting
-Encourage diversity and team collaboration
-Handle service recovery and build customer relationships
-Oversee daily store operations and crisis response
-Manage inventory, facilities, and safety policies
-Coordinate with Visual Merchandising and order fulfillment
-Lead new product/service initiatives
Key Requirement:
-Min. N Level or equivalent
-Min. 3 years experience as Assistant Store Manager
-Staying ahead of latest beauty trends
-Exceeds sales targets and delivers top-notch service
