Job Responsibilities :
Understand and execute daily functions within assigned core areas such as Shipping, Receiving, or Warehouse operations.
Support cross-deployment and backfill roles across different areas as needed.
Maintain accurate material movement and inventory transactions using SAP or other inventory systems.
Follow proper safety procedures for material handling and storage processes.
Perform physical movement and relocation of materials as required.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating reliability and initiative.
Identify and report any operational issues or material discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
Carry out other job-related duties as assigned to support team and operational needs.
Job Requirements :
Min . GCE O-Level .
Physically fit and able to handle heavy loads (up to ~70kg) with a buddy system when required.
2–4+ years of structured work experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical, medical, or hospital-related environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong planning and organizational abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
Familiarity with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations is a plus.
Must have forklift license.
