  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Rotating Shifts : Mondays to Thursdays from 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM and 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM.

On Fridays : 9:00 AM – 6.00PM (fixed shift)
Salary: Up to $3000 (depend on experience)

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound collection calls in a call centre environment
Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely action is taken to achieve collection targets on behalf of clients from the Financial Institutions, Telcom Support Service Providers, Healthcare and Commercial portfolios
To adopt collection best practices and apply relevant collections strategies to enhance effectiveness
Arrange and negotiate payment with customers
Perform administrative duties, enquiries and accounts monitoring
Update and maintain the Credit Collection Systems

Requirements:

Minimum 'N' Level

Able to speak proficiently in English

Possess at least 1 years of experience in customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
