Working from Home allowance:

5 days work week across
Monday to Sunday
8 hours shift between 9pm –
9am (based on roster, 40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
Provide over-the-phone
interpretation services to facilitate communication between Mandarin and
English speakers.
Interpret conversations on a
wide range of topics, including technical and non-technical matters,
across sectors such as healthcare, government, insurance, finance,
utilities, travel, hospitality, emergency services (911), law enforcement,
and general business.
Deliver accurate, real-time
language support during customer interactions.
Ensure effective, clear, and
culturally appropriate communication between clients and call center
personnel.
Support non-English-speaking individuals in understanding and
addressing their inquiries or concerns.
