Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute sales strategies that align with company goals, identify new market opportunities, and drive revenue growth in assigned customer segment or geography
- Foster relationships with clients and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with client goals and our product offerings
- Work closely with technical pre-sales and solution architects to translate customer requirements into actionable plans. Facilitate communication between sales and technical teams to ensure alignment
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, shaping our commercial strategy accordingly
- Contribute as active member of the sales team and supporting professional growth. Ensure that the team is trained and equipped to effectively promote our products and solutions
- Track sales performance against targets and analyze results to continually refine our sales approach and improve effectiveness
- Own sales revenue target of SaaS solutions under the Platform Business’, build sales pipeline and drive sales closure to achieve the periodic revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 to 10 years of sales experience in solar energy or broader renewable energy sector, carrying individual sales quotas and selling to mid- to large-sized companies
- Business fluency in Mandarin is a plus, as the target markets include Mandarin-speaking regions
- Strong understanding of sales processes, business strategy, and market dynamics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with the rigor and governance of large corporates and the fast pace of massive scaling start-ups will be a significant advantage
